One of our favourite actresses, Lilian Gish, is the namesake for our Lilian dress.

Lilian was an American silent film beauty who is often referred to as the First Lady of American Cinema and a brilliant pioneer of film techniques. She was an actress with transcendent style, communicating to her audiences through her wardrobe and her painted lips.

Lilian Gish is a treasure of cinema history and of the ground-braking accomplishments she achieved as a woman who gained stardom over 100 years ago.
